Warrior/Brine

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON WARRIOR’S OR BRINE’S PART. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE OR MISUSE OR WHICH IS PROVEN NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

Warp Heads

Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its WARP HEAD will be free from defects during normal use for 60 DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-4 below)

  1. the WARP head was purchased from LacrosseGear.com.au;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
  3. the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.

Lacrosse Gear, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you a head of the same model.

Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, or bending will void the warranty on all Warrior heads.

Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only

Heads

Warrior/Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its heads will be free from defects during normal use for 6 MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-4 below)

  1. the head was purchased from LacrosseGear.com.au;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
  3. the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior/Brine return process listed below.

Lacrosse Gear, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model.

Stringing components are not covered under warranty and must be replaced by the customer.

Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, or bending will void the warranty on all Warrior and Brine heads.

Handles and Shafts

TITANIUM, COMPOSITE, AND ALL ALLOYS WITH EXCEPTION OF 6000 SERIES:

Warrior/Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that theses handles will be free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for 6 MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-4 below)

  1. the handle was purchased from LacrosseGear.com.au;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
  3. the handle has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior/Brine return process listed below.

DINGS, DENTS, AND SCRATCHES MAY OCCUR DURING NORMAL USE AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

**MEN’S & WOMEN’S ALUMINIUM 6000 HANDLES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.**

Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only

Gloves, Protective Equipment & Bags

Warrior/Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its equipment & bags will be free from defects (i.e. stitching, material flaws) during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided:

  1. the item was purchased from LacrosseGear.com.au;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction;
  3. the item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior/Brine return process listed below.

Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty policy covers a one-time replacement on the original purchased item only

REVISED WARRANTY: EVO PRO PROTECTIVE ONLY!

Warrior/Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that EVO PRO GLOVES, ARM PADS AND SHOULDER PADS will be free from defects (I.E. stitching, material, or mechanical flaws) during normal use for SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided:

Helmets/Goggles

Warrior/Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its Helmets and Goggles will be free from defects (i.e. cracks, welding, and other material flaws) during normal use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase provided:

  1. the item was purchased from LacrosseGear.com.au;
  2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction;
  3. the item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
  4. the return was handled properly according to the Warrior/Brine return process listed below.

*ALTERING A HELMET OR APPLYING PAINTS OR SOLVENTS WILL VOID THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exceptions

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY POLICY:

  • Promotional items (camp giveaways, raffle items, etc)
  • Aluminium 6000 Men’s & Women’s Handles
  • 2.5mm & 3mm Goal Nets
  • ALL Mini Sticks / Mini Goals / Mini Accessories

** WARRIOR AND BRINE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPLACE ANY AND ALL CUSTOM EQUIPMENT WITH A COMPARABLE STOCK PRODUCT

ECD

ECD Lacrosse offers a warranty on all products.

ECD will replace unusable or broken products (or provide a replacement of equal value) that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within the warranty period.

Unless otherwise noted on an applicable Customer Agreement, ECD offers a 6-month warranty on heads, shafts, and mesh sold on the ECD Platform (including dyed heads) subject to the following terms and conditions.

ECD, in its sole discretion, will replace, repair, or provide a credit of the original purchase price (less any discounts applied at the time of purchase) for unusable or broken heads, shafts, and mesh that were originally purchased from LacrosseGear.com.au and that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within 6-months of the original purchase date. You are only entitled to receive one replacement product or credit, as applicable, per original product purchase.

Chips and scratches are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use.

StringKing

Photo documentation and valid proof of purchase are required for a full warranty credit.

Warranty replacements have a limited warranty that covers 50% of their retail value.

Heads

If your lacrosse head breaks within 6 months, we will replace it for free. Covered

  • Major cracks, bends, or breaks.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Anything that would deem the head unplayable or significantly affect performance.

Not Covered

  • Intentional alterations (pinching, baking, bending, cutting) or deliberate misuse.
  • Minor nicks or scratches.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Purchases from unauthorised dealers.

Shafts

If your lacrosse head breaks within 6 months, we will replace it for free. Covered

  • Major dents, cracks or breaks.
  • Any bend in the shaft.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Anything that would deem the shaft unplayable or significantly affect performance.

Not Covered

  • Intentional cutting (goalie shafts excluded), altering, or deliberate misuse.
  • Minor dents or scratches.
  • Discolouration.
  • Purchases from unauthorised dealers.

If you use your warranty credit to upgrade to a more expensive lacrosse shaft, your replacement will have a full warranty.

Mesh

If your lacrosse mesh breaks within 6 months, we will replace it for free. Covered

  • Any rip or tear.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Anything that would deem the mesh unplayable or significantly affect performance.

Not Covered

  • Any minor fray.
  • Intentional alterations (cutting, dyeing, waxing) or deliberate misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Purchases from unauthorised dealers.

Cascade / Maverik

The limited warranty starts on the date you receive your purchase and lasts as specified below for each product.

Helmets, Headgear, and Eyewear

A 1-year warranty.

The serial number, located under the left ear pad, is required for us to process your warranty and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Heads

A 90-day warranty.

Shafts and Complete Sticks

A 180-day warranty.

Protective Equipment, Bags, and Apparel

A 30-day warranty.

Signature

Heads, Shafts and Complete Sticks

Signature Lacrosse offers a 12-month warranty on all Heads, Shafts and Complete Sticks.

Gait

Complete Sticks

Lacrosse sticks are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gait Lax will replace only sticks that have been broken during play.

Flex Mesh Pockets

Pockets are not warranted against breakage or wear. Only the head will be replaced if broken.
