The Warrior Burn Next Defence stick is a fantastic long stick for a starter or a junior player wanting to start out in defence.

The stick is complete with a fully strung head and a long pole and is good to go from the first pass.

The head features Warrior’s “EZ-Scoop” design. This features a flatter scoop giving players a wider area to scoop the ball making for easier ground balls. When starting out, the ball tends to spend a lot of time on the ground and anything that helps the ball into the stick allows players to work on their skill development.

The head has a slightly narrow throat which improves ball retention and passing and shooting accuracy. The semi-soft mesh pre-strung into the head works well with the lacrosse ball as well as the lighter modcrosse ball.

This stick is suitable for Under 14’s and is World Lacrosse compliant.

As this stick is designed for junior players there is a limited warranty for this stick in junior lacrosse. In short, what this means is don’t use it in senior men’s lacrosse. Not only will it not perform, but the shaft will likely bend in the first game which is not what you want.
