Description

Brine Practice lacrosse balls are the best ball to use when you don’t want to use actual lacrosse balls.

Weight

The ball weighs between 80-84g  which is quite a bit lighter than an official lacrosse ball, which weighs about 140-145g.

Size

The ball is about 2-3mm smaller than an official lacrosse ball, making it much easier to catch and throw with.

Bounce

The Brine Practice ball is not as bouncy but is almost as firm as a lacrosse ball. So it feels like a lacrosse ball but won’t bounce away like a lacrosse ball.

Different to a Modcrosse ball

Due to their colour, they can be confused with a Modcrosse ball, but they are very different. These are much firmer and designed to mimic a lacrosse ball. For example, if you’re in the cage as a goalie, the impact will feel like a lacrosse ball.
