Exchange and Returns Policy
Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Please complete the Exchange / Return form to return or exchange your product. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to arrive with us may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
Returns
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, may only qualify for a partial refund.
If you receive a refund, the amount will only be for the cost of the product.
Exchanges
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, may only qualify for a partial exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a short period of time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time outside of our control before a refund is posted.
Please check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@lacrossegear.com.au.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable items:
- Custom helmets
- Stringing service
- Custom gear (e.g. bags, strings, etc)
- Gift cards
- Sale items
