Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. You can calculate shipping before checking out by using our shipping calculator on the cart page.

Unfortunately, we do not have customer pickup facilities.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to all state capital cities for orders over $300*.
* Offer excludes team kits, goals, goal nets, cases of lacrosse balls, complete men’s defence sticks, men’s defence poles, complete goalie sticks, large/bulky items and specific sale items.
Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched ASAP. Estimated delivery times are:
- Melbourne: 2 days
- Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart: 3-4 days
- Perth: 5-8 days
- Darwin, Country/Rural: 6+ days

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we only ship to Australia.
Can you leave my lacrosse gear delivery by the door if I’m not home?
Some of our smaller items (e.g. string kits) will fit into your letterbox, but the larger ones sometimes don’t. In this instance, the freight agent will drop the item off at your local collection point for you to collect.
I don’t have my item. What should I do?
The first thing to do is refer to the tracking information that has been emailed to you from the courier.
I don’t have a tracking number.
You should have received an email from us with a link to your tracking.
Be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes the emails end up there.

My item is registered as “delivered” but I don’t have it.

My item is late. What should I do?

What if my item is “Returned to sender”?
If your item is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply. A fee may apply in circumstances where an incorrect address has been supplied or the item isn’t collected.
This is not a charge we benefit from, the fees are on-charged from the individual freight carriers to us. The re-delivery fee will be on-forwarded to release the goods for a second delivery attempt.
